We all live in an individualistic society where it is so easy to become isolated. The problem is, as humans we were never meant to be alone. We were created as social creatures and as such we need one another in order to live a fulfilled life.
About us
Through what we believe was the leading of the Holy Spirit, The Cornerstone Church was planted in the living room of a house in the Western Suburbs of Port Elizabeth in August of 2018 with three families looking to serve Jesus and minister to the people of our city.

jonico & Lynne grobbelaar
Jonico and Lynne have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of two teenage kids. They have been faithfully serving the Lord during this time through ministry in Pretoria and since December 2008 Port Elizabeth.
I believe that God has called me to preach the Gospel, raise up the local Church and be a hand of healing in our City.
You are welcome to come as you are to Cornerstone at any time, but this is my promise to you, Jesus loves you too much to leave you as you are. It doesn't matter if you come with your hurt, your anger, your loneliness or your fears, I want to tell you that you are worth being whole and healed in Jesus.
If you find yourself in the mud, we will sit there with you, and try to figure things out with you, and if we can't figure it out we will pray and trust God until we see a way out.
Why? Because Christ died for you, so you are worth it! I invite you, come...

Jonico & Lynne are your visionary leaders. Lynne is part of the Childrens Church and apart from leadership and church, Jonico is also our Music Director.
